Through Kundalini Yoga and Aquahara you will feel safe to purge, heal and awaken with a new, refreshed energy. It’s like going back to the womb to rebirth as the divine feminine that you are.

Your guides are Liya Garber, Kundalini Yoga Teacher + Women Empowerment Coach, and Ilana Meallem, facilitator + Ceremonial leader. They will take you on a deep journey within where you will have the chance to really connect to your yourself, your liquid being and feel deeply supported throughout the journey.

Liya will guide you into a kundalini yoga practice to open your heart, ignite your inner fire and activate your body, mind and soul. Together we will create space to claim your intentions and and you'll have the chance to relax and ground into them with a beautiful gong bath.

Ilana will take you into the water where she will bring you through a guided visualization and exercises to connect to the Spirit of Water in a deeper way, and your own fluid way of being. You will gently move your body through the water realm with effortless movement, sensuality and freedom, you will be given a safe space to allow whatever is alive to be fully expressed in an embodied way . Allowing you to deeply connect and return to your center.
