~ The Realm of Creation ~
We start outdoors with an opening prayer, to set the space for the day. Then, we move inside for a lecture and movement practice to align with your light body, clarify intentions, and open a container for creation.

~ Earth Ritual ~
Guided by a sacred ritual passed down from an elder teacher, Liya will guide you through a powerful ritual with the earth. Find yourself back outside where you will anchor your intentions from the morning session into the earth. This group ritual deepens our connection and grounds our creations into physical reality.

~ Kirtan Kriya & Manifestation~
Through a 33-minute Kirtan Kriya practice, we project our manifestations into the earth, visualizing and embodying the life we are calling forth. This meditation offers a clear snapshot of your future self.

~ Sound Bath Integration ~
A deeply immersive sound bath allows for full relaxation and integration, sealing in the energetic shifts from the day.
This is your time to reconnect, remember, and recharge. Leave the noise behind and honor yourself with a day of presence, prayer, and profound connection with nature, together in community.

This beautiful sanctuary is full of warmth and light which will beautifully hold our work. The busy city easily melts away to make space for you to feel and hear your soul.

Liya Garber
Founder of Aura
After struggling in an unfulfilled life as a business executive in New York City, Liya embarked on her yoga journey to pursue self-healing, and the astonishing results kept her from ever looking back, even restoring her thyroid autoimmunity through a combination of Kundalini Yoga and the aid of experienced naturopaths.
Since then, she’s been dedicated to creating a sacred space for humankind to expand their consciousness and connect the dots between mind, body, and spirit.
Liya has a rare gift for teaching and establishing a joyful, lighthearted environment filled with laughter in which all students can align with their inner truths.
Her studies have taken her all around the world from Guatemala to India, bringing her weekly classes, retreats, and workshops all over prominent venues across the Bay Area. Since 2020, upon founding Aura Kundalini Yoga, she has continued to take her authentic and progressive approach to her inquisitive students both locally in Northern California & internationally.
Chet Bentley
Ceremonial Sound Healer
Chet Bentley is a California-based sound healing practitioner, instrumentalist, and vocalist who comes from a lineage of artists, musicians, and healers. He combines contemporary influences and modern technologies with a deep reverence for ancient traditional music to create transformative sonic experiences.
The experience merges performance with ceremony, invoking ancestral song, etheric bodies, and elemental realms.
Bentley’s studies of brainwave entrainment, bio-feedback, and frequency healing modalities inform an understanding of the musical rituals and folklore of mystic traditions.
He holds an MFA in Electronic Music and Recording Media from Mills College and a Sound Healing certification from Globe Institute.
