Lauren Marsh

Substitute Teacher

Lauren is devoted to uplifting humanity through a remembering of the soul's journey and creating meaningful and deep connections to our lives. In her early 20's she was introduced to spirituality and began to remember why she was here. An awakening that brought her to realize the human capacity to suppress traumas and emotional pain in the body to avoid discomfort and to cope (where the ego and shadow self is born). She is passionate about empowering others to heal and grow through understanding the difference between the ego/shadow and the real soul self.

She is a certified Kundalini Yoga Teacher, Spiritual Life Coach, Holistic Health Coach and Reiki Master. She has been practicing Kundalini yoga and meditation for over ten years. She finds it to be the most effective tool for moving energy in the body to release stored trauma and to create a safe home to feel and hear the soul beyond the thinking mind.

She is committed to helping others move through the fog that keeps them from knowing who they really are; beyond their body, learned behavior, and personality that may feel like their identity, but is simply just a piece of the puzzle. In her teaching, she will touch on the core virtues that resonate most deeply in her; love, compassion, empathy, and forgiveness and within these creating healthy boundaries.

Yael Haar

Yael is a kundalini yoga teacher, dancer, and new earth visionary. Her passion is to empower others to find their joy and balance in their lives. Kundalini yoga was the technology that brought commitment, connection, and natural magnetism into her life. Yael is excited to share this experience and guide others to their inner

wellspring of wisdom.

Yael is the founder of House of Healing and is deeply passionate about the wellness of others. In her work, she empowers others to see themselves in their true nature and inspires them to develop self love.

Carolina's teaching focuses on reducing stress, stabilizing hormonal imbalances, and increasing overall wellbeing. Her goal is to open students to their own unique path to wholeness, and to offer support in their personal healing journey.

Hannah Duffy

Hannah is a designer and healer - her corporate career spans 10+ years working

as a design researcher and innovation consultant, and her healing career spans

7+ years studying and coaching within self-development and spirituality. She now bridges this passion with the other love of her life, Kundalini Yoga, as a certified Kundalini Yoga instructor.

Hannah brings a vibrant Generator/ Scorpio energy to every class she teaches.

She loves to use her design skills to creatively design each class so that each participant feels not only held and supported, but leaves with an actionable step to take towards up-leveling their life.

Kundalini Yoga changed Hannah’s life; after her mom passed away in 2012, she jumped into the 9-5 world, moved across the world, and discovered a passion for learning more about herself, eating healthier, practicing self awareness, meditating, and bringing more compassion and positivity to her everyday life.

Along the way, Kundalini Yoga was what helped Hannah to heal and finally emerge from the challenges that came up along this journey from depression, eating disorder, breakups, and grief. She’s incredibly excited to now use the

immense amount of space she’s created for herself to hold and help others along

their healing journeys as well.

Leila Chambers

Substitute Teacher

Leila inspires students to find health and wholeness at all ages. Her journey started as a busy professional in event planning, and she turned to yoga as a tool for stress release and flexibility. At the time, she never imagined becoming a yoga instructor. She was in her mid-forties yearning for yoga’s benefits, but she felt lost in most vinyasa classes. Then she tried Kundalini Yoga, and went from barely keeping her spine straight just sitting on the floor, to enjoying a daily practice that reduced stiffness and elevated her spirit.

Almost a decade later, life events changed her destiny. When her parents struggled with advanced age, Leila discovered the tools she learned were gifts to share with others to improve quality of life. This life-changing experience inspired Leila to complete Level One Teacher Training in San Francisco with Awtar Kaur Khalsa in April 2019. The experience was so profound that she did a second teacher training with legacy instructors, Sat Santokh Singh Khalsa and Prabhu Nam Kaur Khalsa the following fall. Leila continues to partner with visionary

self-empowered teachers on the Aura Team to expand her role as instructor to connect to the healer within.

Leila loves helping students find their inner spark through yoga and focuses on keeping Kundalini kriyas inclusive for all fitness abilities.
